A well-structured guide ensures consistency across interviews, aligns with research goals, and supports ethical and respectful engagement with participants. Through real-world examples and applied exercises, this course helps learners understand the logic and flow of conversation design, balance structure with flexibility, and adapt guides to different stakeholder groups and cultural contexts.
